"The AI classification takes a large part of the document work off my plate. I save 10 to 15 hours every week, and my clients submit cleaner documentation."

    Background

Laura Hähni is beta-testing our accounting app for AI-assisted document classification.

The goal: capture client documents faster, pre-sort them automatically, and hand them over cleanly to accounting without touching every PDF and receipt manually.

    Challenge

Manual document sorting: Receipts and documents had to be checked, named, assigned, and prepared for accounting one by one. That is where a large part of the weekly workload disappeared.

Documents between client and accountant: Documents arrived through different channels. Follow-ups, missing receipts, and manual checking cost time not only for Laura, but also for her clients.

    Solution

We built an intake pipeline: documents arrive through clear channels, AI reads and classifies them, and the app suggests the next action. Laura mainly reviews exceptions; clients and accountants receive complete documents faster.
