With more than eight team members, they didn't just need a Claude walkthrough. They needed a thoughtful Claude Code production setup: from the AI knowledge base to the training.
Challenge
Claude Code onboarding for 8+ team members: Bring the entire team onto a single AI-native working model with Claude, without each person building their own ad-hoc setup.
Build the AI knowledge base: A central, searchable knowledge base so Claude pulls the right context into every workflow, instead of starting from scratch each time.
Solution
We built the complete Claude Code setup for the Gnocchi team: AI-native infrastructure, an AI knowledge base wired into the right data sources, plus ongoing training for all eight team members on native Claude Code workflows.
Today the entire team works with Claude as the default tool. No exceptions, no "maybe-someday". AI-native at Gnocchi means: every day, every team member, from the start.
